We organise a site visit at a time that suits you.

Site visit.

Allow some time to do a full walk around of your property, so that I can see everything that needs to be maintained.

Step 4

I will provide you with a comprehensive and detailed scope of work, outlining all tasks to be completed throughout the year based on our site visit and discussions. This scope will be consolidated into a fixed monthly price, allowing you to budget for maintenance reliably throughout the year. No surprise invoices.

Step 5

 Follow up and confirm that the scope is accurate. Make any necessary changes based on feedback and resubmit the revised scope. Once everything is finalised, we will sign a basic service level agreement to clarify all expectations from the start.

We get stuck in to making your property beautiful all year round.
